What is TRX?
Strength, Balance, Conditioning.
I started training with TRX 10 years ago and saw huge results (more than I expected from just two straps and bodyweight). That experience led me to train as a TRX coach and it’s been a core part of how I work with clients ever since.

The TRX suspension trainer uses your bodyweight and gravity to create resistance. By simply adjusting your stance, angle or positioning, every exercise can be progressed or adapted — making it suitable for all levels.
It’s a full-body workout that naturally engages your core in every movement - helping to build strength, improve posture and develop balance and control. Sessions can range from strength-focused work to higher-intensity cardio, depending on your goals.
One of the reasons I love TRX is its versatility. It can be set up almost anywhere; in a park, at home or in a studio - making it easy to stay consistent with your training wherever you are.
